Here are some more details about LTT and Invisible Networks.
Invisible NetworksIn order for us to be able to use Invisible Networks, we need to get a government grant of at least £15 000. We would need to compete with other towns and villages and businesses for the grant. As soon as bidding is available, I will post a message here. Here is the link to invisible networks where you will find more details and email contacts.
LTTLTT is currently creating its UK website. This will be online shortly. I will post a message with a link. Consumer equipment for LTT costs £195. There are plans to allow 1, 2 or 3 year leasing of the equipment from a bank. This alternative will cost about £3 pcm. This works out to £36 per annum. So, if you decided to quit LTT after a month, you would still need to pay the £36 over the year. An advantage of using LTT is that they manufacture their own equipment and own their own landlines. This means they are not dependent on third parties, which is often a problem experienced by ISPs. The downside is that their consumer equipment can only be used with LTT.
