Balcombe Women's Institute

Balcombe W.I. is interested in current affairs and each year at our National General Meeting we vote on three Resolutions to propose to Government.

We are the only national ladies club with it's own College (Denman, in Oxfordshire); courses are run all year round. If you would like to find out more about us, come along to one of our meetings. New members and visitors are always welcome.

Details of Meetings

BALCOMBE W.I. meets on the first Wednesday of every month (except August) at 7.30 pm in the Victory Hall. Our August meeting is traditionally a party at the home of one of our members.

Our monthly meetings consist of a speaker (different topic each month), news from around the country and county, competitions, refreshments and social time. We have regular outings to places of interest, and suppers at different venues throughout the year.
