i). BA/06/01749/FUL
Lower Ricks, London Road Two storey extension to contain on ground floor,
kitchen, drawing room & library. On
first floor two en-suite bedrooms. This
revised scheme was considered to be suitable & there would be no
neighbourhood intrusion. No
objection.
ii). BA/06/01826/FUL

i). BA/06/01740/COU Balcombe Place Stables - conversion of un-used stables into offices with car parking
behind. The road will be improved and

ii).
BA/06/01744/LBC Balcombe Place Stables
- conversion of derelict stables into offices.
Renovating and restoring as much of the existing structure as possible
with no serious structural alterations, and no extensions or demolition. We have no objection to this current
application for industrial units. Were
it for housing, for which there is a considerable need for small-scale units,
we would likewise have no objection.
iii). BA/06/01856/FUL - 15 Foxwells - proposed ground floor rear
extension. On planning grounds we would
have no objection, but after consideration of representation of the adjoining
neighbour (No. 17) we must support his concern that the proposed structure will
overshadow the south side of his garden, block daylight & affect
privacy.
iv). BA/06/01956/TCA Daleham, Deanland Road Fell 2 Prunus, 1 Field maple, 1 Ash, 1 Cypress, 2 Spruce, 1 Oak & 2 Birch. Remove two lower branches from a Field maple. Reduce 1 Cypress & 1 Yew to hedge height. No objection.
