There will be a Special Meeting of Balcombe Parish Council, to be held on Monday, 10th November 2003 at 8pm in the WI Room, Balcombe Victory Hall, followed by a Planning Meeting.

3          Traffic Calming – to approve a payment of £4370 for purchase and £327.61 for installation to West Sussex County Council for four Solagen Warning Lights at the approaches to Balcombe School.

4            Consideration of the following Planning Applications

i)    BA/03/02640/TCA – Little Smeads, Haywards Heath Road – Sycamore: lift canopy to 5 metres above ground.  Hazel: remove thickest stems (those above 50mm).  Ash: lift canopy by 3 metres.
